Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Manager role, with a proven track record of successfully leading the ideation, development, and launch of digital products or platforms.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with design, development, testing, marketing, and leadership teams.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in vendor management and external partner relationships.
Proficiency in creating and managing product roadmaps and writing comprehensive user stories.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in project management tools, data analytics platforms, and agile development methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and define product strategies aligned with company goals.
Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on strategic objectives and user feedback.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute product initiatives from concept to launch.
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
Write comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and user engagement.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
