Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious People Care Lead to play a pivotal role in our company's growth and development. As the leader of our People Care team, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our talented workforce as we continue to deliver innovative experiences and cutting-edge digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor our global People Care team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
  • Culture Cultivation: Promote and develop a strong, supportive company culture that aligns with our values and goals.

  • Talent Development: Lead the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of our entire organizational team to drive business success.

  • HR Strategy: Create and oversee all HR strategies, systems, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with our company's vision.

  • Performance Enhancement: Enhance goal setting, performance appraisal, and personal development frameworks across the company to empower our employees.

  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure legal compliance for Human Resources processes, staying up-to-date with industry regulations.

  • Goal Setting: Set goals, objectives, and metrics for People Care and the team, monitoring and providing support for their achievement.

  • Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to guide our talent acquisition strategies.

  • Market Promotion: Act as a company ambassador in the talent market, effectively promoting our organization to potential candidates.

  • Training Programs: Oversee team training programs to continuously enhance skills and capabilities.

  • Budget Management: Plan and implement People Care-related budgets to optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 9 years in general Human Resources, with an additional 2+ years of experience in IT or related industries.

  • Education: Advanced degree with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.

  • Language: Proficiency in upper-intermediate English or higher.

  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

  • HR Expertise: Extensive experience with best practices in Human Resources and personnel administration.

  • Global Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading a global team.

  • Financial Acumen: Experience in planning and implementing HR budgets.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a high-throughput environment.

  • Tech Savvy: General understanding of technologies in the IT industry.
