Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across Europe within the healthcare and wellness sectors. Focus on partnerships with hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare providers.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the European healthcare and wellness industries. Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients and partners.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the European market. Leverage insights into regional healthcare trends, regulatory environments, and consumer behavior.

  • Solution Development: Collaborate with xLongevity’s internal teams to craft customized solutions that align with the specific needs of European clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.

  • Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments within the European healthcare and wellness sectors. Identify potential risks and opportunities for xLongevity’s growth.

  • Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the benefits of xLongevity’s services and solutions to potential clients.

  • Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring that terms are mutually beneficial and align with xLongevity’s business objectives.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities, revenue progress, and market trends specific to Europe. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Networking: Represent xLongevity at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities across Europe to increase brand visibility and expand the client base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or specialized training in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in business development within the European healthcare or wellness sectors, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and another major European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish).
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
  • Previous experience in business development within Asia is advantageous but not required.
